Chief Executive Officer/ President

Connecting people is a passion of Janel’s. She took that passion for helping others, and turned it into a full-time job. Throughout her 13 years in the industry, she’s learned that patience and compassion are a virtue. She strives to be a good leader by doing her best to give back to the community. Her mission is to live life to the fullest and influence people positively while guiding and educating them. She is grateful for being able to be a part of our wonderful community and vows to humbly serve it for as long as she can.


Chief Financial Officer

Gerard is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive leadership experience in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Taxation and Employee Benefits. In addition to a strong set of technical skills, he is a good listener, communicator and problem solver.


Lead Creative Strategist/Talent Consultant

Creative, professional, and outgoing are a few words that you can use to describe Ivan. He loves communicating with professionals in the market and truly enjoys connecting with people with similar interests. With a background in marketing, Ivan enjoys listening, communicating, and thoroughly understanding someone’s needs and desires when it comes to picking your next work “home”. He combines marketing with recruiting and will relate with you on a different level. He works on becoming a better professional by attending meetings, seminars, and industry events. In addition to this, Ivan helps build, create, and manage our marketing content as we continue to grow and help out our local community.


Talent Executive Administrator

Merideth loves numbers, loves analysis of numbers, and loves making numbers make sense. This is why she is the Talent Executive Administrator for TriQuest. Essentially the woman behind the curtain! She genuinely understands the demands of small businesses, and how important it is to keep organized and pay attention to every detail. Her team is her family. Just like at home, her job is to take off as much pressure as possible so they can do their job. She loves TriQuest’s mission and what the team does for people every day. She believes there is simply nothing better than helping people achieve their dreams, and we get to do just that.


Manager of Client Services

Celena’s first encounter with a staffing agency happened when she answered a Want Ad in the paper back in 2012! She had no idea what a staffing agency was nor how it operated.  After meeting with the in-house manager and their lead account specialist she was interested to learn more and landed her first position in staffing! From then she understood the servitude, hard work and openness it took to operate successfully in harnessing the power of people for the people. She loves her job because it’s extremely fulfilling. She’s able to connect others with these exciting opportunities. She’s also able to establish and create connections every day with new faces!


Social Media/Creative Strategist

Being creative and analytical have always been a few of Ana’s strengths, so choosing to major in marketing was an easy decision. As a recent graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio she strives to utilize her newly acquired skills to help TriQuest achieve their marketing goals. Her understanding of current trends, ability to create campaigns and develop various strategies to achieve the goal of increased awareness, makes her a competitive and driven individual. As her passion for marketing continues to grow and flourish. She is excited to continue her journey and make her mark on the industry.


Special Projects Administrator

Like every great production there is a crew behind the scenes. Since 2011, Stephanie has supported TriQuest’s internal group and helped maintain client relationships. Her dedication to the team is what helps drive this well oiled machine. Over the years, Stephanie has worn many hats. From Human Resources, to Account Management, and has even been known to be TriQuest’s very own help desk personnel. She adapts quickly to the needs of her team and does so with such enthusiasm. She always sees the glass half full when faced with a difficult task and never waivers from her positive attitude. When working next to her you not only become great partners but lifetime friends. Stephanie is an integral part of the TriQuest family which has helped lead to its success
